We believe that effectiveness is in collaboration, in knowledge exchange, in sharing, in the ability to surround oneself and develop a network .

We propose to reconcile individual interests while maximizing the collective interest.

"take-off.io" is your platform; it is addressed to you and to the community of all the startuppers in the region to all those who support them.

 
"take-off.io is collaborative, your participation is encouraged and highly appreciated.

Here are some rules of good conduct and a reminder of the necessary legal framework:

 
 
1 - FEATURES OF THE COLLABORATIVE PLATFORM

 
This platform, accessible from a web browser through a personal identifier linked to a profile, has various functionalities:

 
"take-off.io" gives you access to the following features:

- News feed: this "news feed" is used to communicate and exchange on certain actions, information, devices, particular service offers.

- This thread is fed by contributors and moderated by an employee of the CPME Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes.

- This news feed may be the subject of a newsletter to encourage users to connect to the platform.

- Partner Workflow: system for linking and monitoring the processing of a request, an exchange between two contributors. A reasonable response time of 48/72 hours is requested.

- Directories: list of users of the platform including: surname, first name, position held, contact details and structure/company, address and website.

- Documentary bases: section gathering all documents and media made available by the contributor and/or partners on the "take-off.io" platform.

- News diary module: section gathering and disseminating all the events shared by the contributors. A network of interconnected Open Agenda-type agendas completes this tool. Universal search engine: keyword search tool on all documents, persons, partners, posts, etc.

- Chat Tool (XMPP): a tool to discuss and exchange in an instantaneous way with contributors of the platform.

- Social network integration: possibility to connect your social network accounts to relay information and multiply their impact: LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Medium, Instagram, etc.

 
During a first connection, the user will be notified of this charter of use to be validated before being able to access the available contents.

 
 
2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE OF TAKE-OFF.IO

 
Registration to the site requires the express acceptance of the general conditions of use defined in the present charter, in its latest online version. The CPME Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes is free to modify them at any time without prior notification in order to adapt them to changes in the site and in the laws and regulations in force.

 
2.1 - Personal data

- The processing of personal data collected via "take-off.io" (surname, first name, telephone number, e-mail address) is intended to identify the persons registered and likely to publish in the forum and in the blog (to come).

- By personal data is meant any information relating to an identified natural person or who can be identified, directly or indirectly, by reference to one or more elements specific to him/her (surname, first name, pseudonym, e-mail address, password).

- The data thus collected are intended for the exclusive use of the data controller and the technical manager of the site and are not communicated to third parties, unless required by law or any judicial authority, in compliance with the rules in force. In accordance with the provisions of Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to computers, files and freedoms, the personal data collected by the CPME Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes on "take-off.io" are subject to a declaration to the CNIL.

2.2 - Confidentiality and content sharing

- The information shared from a contributor's account is visible to all members of his community and to all "take-off.io" members. It is possible to limit the display of the means of communication by not filling in the fields provided for this purpose, except for the e-mail address (see user account settings). Please note that the administrators in charge of managing the "take-off.io" platform for "take-off.io" can access all contributors' publications.

- take-off.io has access to user information. This is solely for the purpose of carrying out checks on user accounts and activities in order to detect any illegal content that would violate the rules of use set by "take-off.io". Your data, in aggregated and anonymized form, may be used to develop and improve the services of " take-off.io " for " take-off.io ".

- Your data is protected and with this in mind, commercially reasonable technical, organisational and security measures may be used to protect your data from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.

- Conduct your business on the take-off.io platform with honesty, diligence and responsibility.

 
4.1.2 Banning bad practices and respecting the rules of decorum

- take-off.io is dedicated to professional use for members of a community.

- In order to ensure responsible use of the collaborative platform, and in accordance with this "take-off.io" good use charter, the following practices are prohibited:

- Conceal your identity, impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

- Create or post content that is illegal, discriminatory, harmful, fraudulent, deceptive or defamatory, or that promotes or encourages violence, law-breaking, self-injury or eating disorders.

 

The moderator has the possibility to delete without warning any words that are subject to the law:

- incitement to discrimination, hatred or violence of a racist, xenophobic, homophobic or revisionist nature;

- insulting, aggressive or vulgar comments, constituting harassment or taking one or more participants to task;

- comments expressed for propaganda, proselytizing, religious or sectarian purposes ;

- comments of a defamatory or disparaging nature;

- comments that may infringe on the privacy of others, on the image rights of individuals, or that contain personal data such as names, addresses, telephone numbers, or emails.

- comments for commercial, advertising or promotional purposes;

- links to external sites whose content may be contrary to the laws and regulations in force in France;

- comments likely to infringe any intellectual property right held by a third party (trademark, copyright, design and model, patent).

- Accessing "take-off.io" or content or information relating to "take-off.io" by unauthorized means (including by collection or analysis), circumventing access controls, or attempting to gain authorization to access "take-off.io" or the systems, passwords and accounts associated with it in any way.

- The integration of hypertext links whose destination could engage the responsibility or the image of CPME Auvergn-Rhône-Alpes.

5 - RULES OF MODERATION

It is in respect of these orientations that our platform is moderated.

The role of "take-off.io" moderation is to facilitate exchanges in respect of each user/author, in particular by modifying or discarding contributions that are on the fringes of the site or that are detrimental to its quality.

Comments posted on the collaborative platform can be read by all users. They will be moderated a posteriori, i.e. after their publication.

After publication, the moderator reserves the right to delete the comment without prior notice if he considers that it is not compliant :

- to the rules of good conduct in force on the Internet,

- to French law.

 
Moderation decisions shall not be reasoned or notified.

Contributors who consider that their contribution has been improperly moderated (modified or deleted) may contact the moderators, after having verified the compliance of the content concerned with the principles and rules laid down in this charter.

 

Definitions

- Content: the term "Content" refers to all information present on "take-off.io" such as data, text, graphics, images, sounds, videos, logos, symbols, html code.

- Contributor: the term "Contributor" refers to an Internet user who uses "take-off.io" for the purposes of consultation or research, publication of an article, a link to an online resource, a comment, participation in the discussion forum, or anything else that may enrich the content of "take-off.io".

 
This charter aims to ensure constructive and respectful participation of people and partners and institutions.

 
 
6. PUBLISHER'S LIABILITY

- CPME Auvergn-Rhône-Alpes strives to offer users the most reliable and qualitative information available.

- However, CPME Auvergn-Rhône-Alpes does not guarantee the accuracy and completeness of the information published on the site.

8 - APPLICABLE LAW - INDEPENDENCE OF CLAUSES

 
- The Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with French Law. Any dispute that is not settled in an amicable manner will be brought before the Administrative Court of Paris. In the event that any of the provisions of the Terms of Use are declared null and void or ineffective, the remaining provisions shall be considered applicable by operation of law.

- The non-application or absence of claim of application by CPME Auvergn-Rhône-Alpes of any of the provisions of the Terms of Use or of any right shall in no way be construed as a waiver by CPME Auvergn-Rhône-Alpes of such provision or right, unless otherwise agreed in writing by CPME Auvergn-Rhône-Alpes.

 
 
9 - ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONDITIONS OF USE

- The Contributor acknowledges having read the conditions of use and moderation defined in this charter, when connecting to "take-off.io" and expressly declares that he/she accepts them without reservation.
